PEACE AND CONFLICT STUDIES

This year the summer term is expected to start on April 20, 2020.

We have again put all our efforts into putting together the lectures and seminar for the coming summer semester.

Daniel Beck and Alexander Spencer have published an article in the Cambridge Review of International Affairs: "Just a bit of fun: the camouflaging and defending functions of humour in recruitment videos of the British and Swedish armed forces". 

In the new issue of the magazine "Peace & Change" (Vol. 45, Iss. 1) Alexander Spencer and Kristina Roepstorff, together with Stephan Engelkamp, have written the introduction and an article on the topic of "moving pictures": Visual Metaphors of Peace in Film Mango Dreams".
